Shipments
Shipping methods
Shipping is via TNT for Italy and UPS for overseas.
Delivery time
Excluding force majeure, delivery will take place within 1 working day from when the package is shipped (3 days for inconvenient areas and difficult to reach Venice and lagoon, smaller islands and mountain locations). Deliveries will be made approximately in the time slot 09:00-19:00. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Costs
The cost of shipping is 10€.
Territorial coverage of the delivery
Shipping is made in Italy and abroad, in a certified manner.
Delivery
The package will be delivered to the destination address provided during registration. We encourage you to indicate if the name on the doorbell is different from the name listed as Recipient in the shipping information, and to include a valid telephone number. The phone number may be needed for the courier to contact you if for some reason they cannot find your address.
Tracking methods
When the package is sent, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking purposes.
Payments
After you have placed the products in your cart and proceeded to checkout, you will be provided with payment methods. You will be able to pay by bank transfer, PayPal account or cash on delivery.
The data you enter during payment is handled by third-party platforms in case you choose to pay via PayPal. We at Spider OFF-ROAD will never have access to your data.
Bank transfer
If you choose this mode, at the time of payment we will email you the bank details to which you should make the transfer. As soon as we receive the amount of money related to your order we will make the shipment.
PAYPAL
If you choose this mode, at the time of payment you will see the data necessary to log into your PayPal account and initiate the transaction. Once the transaction is successful we will send the package.
Mark
If you choose this mode you can pay conveniently upon delivery of the package (with a surcharge of 10€).
